Thank you for your interest in our services. Kindly read all of our policies carefully before booking an appointment. We look forward to meeting you and enhancing your beauty!

 

BOOKING POLICY

A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to book any of our services. This fee goes towards your Total Service Bill and you would ONLY be required to pay the Service Balance at your appointment. Kindly note that the deposit is not transferable to another person.

 

EXCEPT you are coming for a ‘HAIR WASH SERVICE’ or ‘SERVICES THAT INCLUDE A HAIR WASH’, kindly come with your hair FRESHLY WASHED (1 – 2 DAYS PRIOR YOUR APPOINTMENT) and FREE OF PRODUCTS. Dirty hair WILL NOT be attended.

Kindly come to your appointment with your hair PROPERLY DETANGLED.

 

We ask that you carefully check the PRICE of the service you are interested in. Some of our prices are FIXED while the others are STARTING PRICES.

We encourage you to read the DESCRIPTION of your service of interest for MAXIMUM UNDERSTANDING of what is included.

 

RE-DO POLICY

Kindly mention WHILE STILL AT YOUR APPOINTMENT if you are DISSATISFIED with your hairstyle. Adjustments would be made IF time permits OR you would be RESCHEDULED for a ‘RE-DO’ at no extra cost.

Once you leave your appointment WITHOUT mentioning your DISSATISFACTION, you WOULD be CHARGED for a re-do.

 

RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, causing schedule adjustments. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 HOURS NOTICE. We DO NOT refund at this time. You are allowed to RESCHEDULE once with your deposit from your previous booking. Kindly contact us directly to be rescheduled. For appointment cancellation, your deposit would be forfeited. If you need to book an appointment after a CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE, you WOULD BE REQUIRED to do so with another deposit.

 

 

LATENESS POLICY

If you are more than 15 MINUTES late for your appointment, you would be charged a late fee of $5 for every 5 MINUTES. If you are up to 30 MINUTES late, we MAY NOT be able to accommodate you if a client is booked after you. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
